Traditional Santa Photos

Meet Santa this Christmas! 🎅


Santa is stopping by Yeppoon Central again this year! 🎅 Bring your family and friends for traditional photos with the man in red - don’t forget to book your spot! 📸

Letter Writing Workshops

Ready to send your wish list to the North Pole? 📬


Join the Australia Post team to write your letter to Santa 🎅 Make your list, check it twice, and send it off to Santa with plenty of time!

Charity Gift Wrapping

Pick the perfect gift and leave the wrapping to us!


The Yeppoon Salvation Army and their amazing volunteers are back this year to wrap your gifts with care. All funds raised stay local, supporting the Yeppoon Salvos in their efforts to help our community.


The cost of gift wrapping will vary depending on the size and number of gifts.

It’s the season of giving, and we’re spreading the holiday cheer with our 5 days of Christmas Esky Giveaways!


Each day, you could WIN an Esky packed with amazing prizes from your favourite retailers - from delicious food and summer essentials to Christmas goodies, fashion and more!


How to Enter: 

  • SPEND a minimum of $20 at any Yeppoon Central retailer

  • COLLECT your receipt 

  • WRITE your name & email on the back of your receipt

  • DROP it in the entry barrel

Promoter 

The promoter of this competition is Yeppoon Central, located at 42 Park Street, Yeppoon, QLD 4703


Competition Period 

The competition commences at 9am, Monday 15 December 2025 and closes at 4pm, Friday 19 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).


Eligibility

Entry is open to all customers aged 18 years and over who make a qualifying purchase at a Yeppoon Central retailer during the Competition Period.

  • Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Yeppoon Central retailers are not eligible to participate.


Prizes / Prize Details

  • Five (5) Esky’s will be awarded, one per day, each containing a variety of products from Yeppoon Central retailers.

  • The themes are: Christmas Food, Christmas Styling, Christmas Holiday, Christmas Fashion, and Christmas Gifts.  

  • Each Esky has an approximate value of $500. 

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.


Entry Mechanics

To enter, eligible participants must:

  1. Spend a minimum of $20 at any Yeppoon Central retailer during the Competition Period.

  2. Collect a valid receipt from the retailer.

  3. Write their name and email address on the back of the receipt.

  4. Drop the completed receipt into the entry barrel located at Ex-Rockman’s Tenancy.

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit, provided each entry is made through a separate eligible transaction.


Entry Requirements

  • Entries must be completed in accordance with the instructions above. 

  • Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be deemed invalid. 

  • Only one entry per receipt is permitted.


Winner Selection / Judging Criteria

  • One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries each day of the Competition Period.

  • Participants may enter multiple times, but can only win once.

  • Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

  • Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of a new winner.


Prize Availability / Redemption

  • Prizes will be allocated by Yeppoon Central Management, and all decisions are final. 

  • Prizes must be collected in person from Yeppoon Central by 4pm, Wednesday 31 December 2025. 

  • Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.


General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • Entries must be made at the time of purchase; no retrospective claims will be accepted.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

  • All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Privacy

  • Personal information collected for this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners. 

  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition.
