Drop by and dive into a world of bug-tastic fun! Learn how to squish, sculpt, and shape two  brand-new colourful spring critters each day.

Once you’re done, take home your one-of-a-kind creation and a cool insect fact sheet to keep the curiosity crawling!

🎉 No bookings required, but please note there may be a wait, as others take their time creating their cute little critters.

🧒 Suitable for kids aged 3 years and older.

🐛 Choose from two critter designs daily, with a new range of critters each day.

⚠️ One Air-Dry Clay critter per child, per day to ensure everyone gets a chance to join the fun. Only 100 critters are available each day.

Terms & Conditions – It’s A Bug’s Life Workshops

• Promotor:

  • Yeppoon Central Shopping Centre

• Promotion Period:

  • Tuesday 30 September to Friday 3 October, or while stocks last.

• Eligibility:

  • Open to children aged 3 years and over.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Workshop Inclusions:

  • Free workshop activities designed around “It’s a Bug’s Life” theme.

  • Activities will vary day-to-day with two (2) different insects to create each day.

  • All material and activities are provided at no cost and may vary each day.

• Registration / Entry Mechanics:

  • This is a walk-in activity with no prior registration or booking required.

  • Participation is subject to daily availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Please note that wait times may apply.

• Participation Requirements:

  • Limited to 100 participants per day.

  • Workshops are free; no payment is required.

  • Customers are required to provide limited details on the attendance sign-in sheet upon arrival.

• Workshop Availability:

  • Workshop materials are available while stocks last.

  • Activities will vary day-to-day.

  • Once daily capacity is reached, no further participants will be admitted.

• General Conditions:

  • This workshop is hosted by external supplier, Promoworks (ABN 98 418 722 691).

  • Yeppoon Central is located at 42 Park Street, Yeppoon QLD 4703.

  • The air-dry clay used in this workshop contains foaming microspheres, adhesives, glycerine, and colour paste. Children with known allergies to any of these ingredients should not participate.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify participation and to refuse entry or remove any attendee who disrupts the workshop or engages in inappropriate or fraudulent behaviour.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for customers who choose not to participate or are unable to attend due to walk-in availability and limited capacity.

  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding participation or conduct.

  • The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the workshop if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Privacy:

  • Customer data will not be collected for sign-ups or direct marketing purposes. Limited data may be used anonymously for internal marketing analysis to assess the success of the workshop.
