Customer Services

Parents Rooms – Disabled Facilities
Public / Disabled Amenities  and  Parents Room – Turn Left at the corridor at the side of the Big W entry.
Disabled Access
Disabled access is via a lift on Level 1 beside Australia Post and via a ramp on the Northern Deck Car Park.
Wheelchair Hire
Free wheelchair hire is available from Centre Management. Please book in advance to ensure the wheelchair is available.
Lost & Found Property
Any lost or found property should be immediately reported to Centre Management. If you happen to locate some lost property you can hand it to one of our on duty Security Officers or hand it into one of the Shop Owners or Managers.

If you have lost or misplaced items whilst at Yeppoon Central you are encouraged to ring Management on (07) 4930 2911 and report same.

Public Phone
A Public Phone and a free Taxi Phone are located at ground level in the travelator lobby.
Lift Access
Lift – located on Level 1 in car park beside Australia Post or beside Origin Kebabs in the Food Precinct on Level 2.
ATM’s Location
Both ATM’s are now located in the centre of north mall
Stairway Access
Stair Access – El fresco Dining Balcony from Park Street and the northern deck car park.
Travelator access to the centre is from the Level 1 Car Park.
Justice Of The Peace Signing
JP Signing Centre operates in the mall just behind the Optus kiosk, Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am to 1pm and Saturday 10am to 12.00 noon (times and days may vary, check our website for changes).
